Hey everyone,
just want to clarify these two words for everyone misusing them on MFP.
You use "lose" to say that you're losing weight, and "loose" when you've lost a lot of weight and your clothes are now loose.

I can't even explain how much it bothers me to see simple grammatical errors like this. Misuse of there, they're, and their/you're and your are up there as well.
