Healthy Shakes/Drinks!!

So I have a juicer and a Blender and i've never actually used them until today, in an attempt to make a snack I put 4 kiwi fruit and an orange in a the blender, it tastes quite sour haha. but in a way it's quite delicious.Anyone know any healthy fruit and Veg shakes I can make as a snack? I want to start making little things like that so I don't go for high fatty snacks.

  • When you're trying to loose weight drinking your calories is generally a bad idea.
    I love smoothies as much as the next guy but you'll get all the stuff that's in the fruit without feeling as full.
    That being said, if not overeating isn't a problem for you there's a gazillion recipe sites out there.
    I particularly enjoy the combo of banana with forest fruits and (greek) yoghurt.

    It's not really the eating that's my problem, well over eating it's more or less I often don't eat enough and if I do eat it use to be something from the cafeteria like hot chips and a slice of garlic bread. etc... but never in a set routine, the shakes are mainly to help me not to want to go for the hot chips and fast food that I can easily obtain lol.

    but I will def try that combo!! it sounds delicious
