Remember this when you do not feel like exercising!

My 1st exercise class on Sunday was TOUGH!! I thought I was going to vomit but the instructor was awesome and motivational. Something that stuck out in my head that she said that pushed me to the end was "Think about the people from the Boston bombing that lost their limbs, they would do anything right now to be in your position to be able to use them, so keep yourself going and be grateful you have limbs to exercise"

That pushed me through and I hope it will help others like it helped me

    Think of all the people who can't exercise and would love to be able to.

    And there's you going "meh, can't be bothered".

    It is a privilege to be able to exercise.
