I'm Joy, 35, classical musician and massage therapist from St. Louis, MO.
Been heavy my whole life and just really tired of being bulky and inflexible.
Have a sweet sexy boyfriend also and want us to 'match' a bit more.
Starting: 261
Goal: 180
I love running (have done 3 half marathons) and walking. I like to lift but keep forgetting.
Trying to lose 1 1/2 lb. a week to hit my goal in just around 1 year.
One year - to change my whole life.
The year will go by whether I'm doing anything or not. So WHY NOT!?!

your so right,time will pass us by and we can choose to stay heavy or free ourselves and get thin and healthy!0

May this be your time, Joy-- this is a great tool to help you keep track of your intake and exercise.
You can do this. Still being in your '30s is a plus. It gets harder in your '40s-- believe me.
