I'm currently doing a DVD called Josie Gibson's 30 second slim as my work out but I'm not sure what it would go under in my exercise bit on my page, can anyone help me please?

I googled, but can't see what the videos are about because YouTube is blocked here.
Maybe classify it as circuit training? Most log the 30 Day Shred as circuit training0 -

I would put it as circuit training, it looks like it's the same as 30 day shred. Just be careful to put it down for the amount of time you are doing the exercises (not including warm up and cool down) otherwise you may end up over-estimating on it, on 30 day shred its 3 blocks of 6 mins so I just put 18 mins circuit training down which is about 180 cals- better to be under estimating than over estimating! x0
