What Music Do You Listen to During Cardio?

Looking for some good tunes for my runs at the gym. The treadmill can be so super boring. Any suggestions?

jog.fm is a really great site. You can plug in how fast your pace is, and they'll give you a list of songs that are on tempo with your pace.

I personally really like Pandora's Dance Cardio station (if you have access from the gym)

I just use my mp3 - and load it with faster songs. Some of my faves:

Just about anything by KARMIN (look at me now, i told you so, hello, crash your party, etc)
I like Toby Mac (anything from Eye on It album)
And my newest faves I"m just discovering = Reach Records - Lecrae (just like you), Andy Mineo (AYO), Tedeshii & Lacrae (Dum Dum).
My most favorite is "In His Image" by Pro & Andy Mineo but I-tunes & Amazon don't have it... so I'm bummed that I can only get it on youtube and not for my mp3.

Books from audible.com. The story distracts me from thinking about how much I hate cardio.

    This!

I also love anything by Girl Talk and some Wiz Khalifa. The tempo of Girl Talk keeps me going, and Wiz gives me a kind of eff-yeah! feeling/motivation.

Lately I've been hooked on Lindsey Sterling. Rock violin. Totally unexpected but I heard her on a cover of "Radioactive" that she did with the acapella band Pentatonix, and went looking for more of her music. It is calming and energizing at the same time, perfect for a run!

There's an app called Fit Radio that's free to download. It has different playlists and genres to choose from. Kind of like Pandora, but no slow songs.

My playlist for running currently is:

    Stronger - Kelly Clarkson
Blow Me (One Last Kiss) - Pink
    Payphone - Maroon 5
    Waka Waka - Shakira
Want U Back - Cher Lloyd
    Bones Shatter - Hedley
    Too Close - Alex Clare

When I'm not sure what distance I feel like running, I try to run through the whole playlist because it's about thirty minutes!

For my cardio I usually do like Dance/Club music
Legs Day is ALWAYS hardcore alternative (angry music)
the rest of my days are a good mix of whatever pop music is out there.
