actually sounds good most skinny recipes are bland and use artificial things to keep the calories down ,this is straight forward thanks 0

I have had this before, and I love it !!! I have changed it a bit even, I just mix the brown sugar and garlic together and sprinkle it over the chicken and place in oven. I find that my chicken breasts usually have enough liquid to make it all not dry out, then I don't need the oil It is my hubbies favorite chicken, which is great, because it is probably the most simple recipe ever haha 0
