I have separate lists for me, and then my family. Mine currently looks like-

couple top sirloin petite steaks (8 ounces each)
    pound of ground sausage
mushrooms, at least 2 pkgs of sliced and then usually a pkg of the big stuffing ones
    onions
bell peppers-green for salads and to add to the pork/steak and red to make stuffed peppers (with pork, onions and cheddar-delish!)
    bananas
    almonds/nuts
    honey, when I run out
dark chocolate, when I run out
butter (usually go through a pound every other week)
    lettuce
regular ranch dressing, when I run out
steak sauce, when I run out
other misc. veggies and fruit that I find at the farmers market (just opened for the season yay!)
    plain, full fat Greek yogurt

That's about it for my list :) When I get bored with the steaks/pork I'll change up the meat, but otherwise everything else stays the same for the most part. I also go through a dozen eggs on me (another for my family) and I get those from my in-laws or at the farmers market.

I eat the same thing everyday because I am very picky so my list is short. I shop monthly.

    eggs
    cheese
    salmon
    extra lean turkey breast roast
    potatoes
    minute rice
    onions
    asparagus
    carrots
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    bell peppers
    celery
    light canned tuna (low sodium)
    hellman's half fat mayo
    becel no salt margarine
    FRUIT

For Hubby I only have to add:

    Bacon
    Ground Beef
    BBQ Sauce

Because they eat wheat/grains and I don't :) I also follow 8:16IF and eat at separate times than they do.
