Battle of the Bloat!

I have worked really hard to lose my weight to look and feel great. I have a meeting next week and would love to look really fit for the closing dinner. The probelm is everynight around 4 pm, a weird bloat sets in. I look like I am at least 5 months pregnant! (which I am not). Any tips on battling the end of day bloat are much appreciated. So far I have tried to cut dairy after noon and taking a probiotic.

I have this all day everyday! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Otherwise, avoid gassy foods, carbonated drinks and salt. Drink plenty of water too.0 -
cant see your diary but sounds like you may need some probiotics in your life.0

I am taking probiotics. And I only drink water, tea, or coffee. Gluten maybe?0

Try cutting out things one at a time.
Try wheat, gluten and maybe lactose? One at a time of course so you can tell0 -
Definitely try cutting out gluten for a few days, you'll know pretty quick if its the culprit.0
