Battle of the Bloat!

I have worked really hard to lose my weight to look and feel great. I have a meeting next week and would love to look really fit for the closing dinner. The probelm is everynight around 4 pm, a weird bloat sets in. I look like I am at least 5 months pregnant! (which I am not). Any tips on battling the end of day bloat are much appreciated. So far I have tried to cut dairy after noon and taking a probiotic.

    cucumber, mint tea, ginger and a heating pad on your belly... I use my dog!

    I have this all day everyday! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

    Otherwise, avoid gassy foods, carbonated drinks and salt. Drink plenty of water too.

    cant see your diary but sounds like you may need some probiotics in your life.

    I am taking probiotics. And I only drink water, tea, or coffee. Gluten maybe?

    Try cutting out things one at a time.
    Try wheat, gluten and maybe lactose? One at a time of course so you can tell

    Definitely try cutting out gluten for a few days, you'll know pretty quick if its the culprit.
