I always feel so tired around 2-4pm. I cant seem to find the energy, and it stays with me until i leave work. I always talk myself out of working out because i am so tired. What do you do to get out of that mid-day slump?

I always have a 3 PM snack. I bring an apple or celery with a bit of peanut butter, or something to that effect. It really does help me get the energy to go to the gym.0

My motivation is the "thinspiration" posted on my fridge. When I'm tired or bored, I head straight to the fridge to eat. Since putting the thinspiration up, I haven't gotten a single bad snack & it does nothing but motivate me to get moving.
My "thinspiration" is a photo cut out of an Alloy magazine of a girl in an outfit I would love to be able to wear. I've decided when I hit my goal weight, I'll buy the outfit... and that in itself makes me energetic!0 -
I eat every 2 hours so I am never really in a slump0

I have found that a handful (well 14 to be precise) of natural almonds really helps me!0
