Oooof I have done a bootcamp in the park with work. Burpees, sit ups and press ups increasing in frequency each time, jumping, running, big group sit ups and the plank. All I can say is Owwwwwwww!

I hate burpees too! Ugh... yeah I work for The Commonwealth Games so lots of sports things on at work like Zumba and pilates too which is cool!0
