Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk

Does anyone know how much exercise I should log in when I complete this tape? Thanks.

    I typically post whatever the tape's mileage is. So for 3 miles, I would log in 3 miles at a 3.0 pace.

    I should be clearer. If the tape is a 45 minute/3 mile tape, I put "walking at a 3.0 (or 3.5) brisk pace for 45 minutes. Depends on whether you have one of her older tapes that is not as vigorous vs. one of the later ones with the boosted walking.

    Thanks for the answer. It is a new high intensity workout, but since she has a warm up and cool down I didn't know what I should put the pace/intensity at. It is 45 minutes and three miles.

    I have also timed the workout and then logged it as "low impact aerobics."

    I've logged it as "low impact aerobics" minus the time for the warm up and the time for the cool down.
