Hi everyone! As the subject says, I'm new to fitness! I had been pretty content with my weight before I had my daughter but here we are two years later and it's time for a change! In all honesty, I'm pretty hard to motivate as I enjoy eating whatever I want and when I have some free time I am a hardcore gamer. But I'm ready to fit into the clothes that I love again and more importantly I want to set a good example for my family. I'm definitely welcome to new friendships and any motivation we can offer one another!

:) Welcome to MFP ... This is a great place, where rather than top notch body builders providing professional advise.. you will find lot of like minded people who had gone through what you are going through now and offer friendly advise and suggestions and more than all - great encouragement..

Just try logging your daily calories for one week .. and remember just loosing 3500 calories will help you loose 1 pound.. It is all about calorie intake and burning it through physical activities. Go through the 'Success stories' in the community forum it is really a great motivation.

Keep logging daily, make sure that you stay in calorie limit.. Add friends .. it really helps out here..
