Community Newbie :)

Hi there, I've been using the MFP app on my phone for a while but decided to join the forums for added support from all of you! Hoping to be a help to others on here as well. So far I've lost a total of 5.6lbs on MFP in the last 2 1/2 weeks, my overall weight loss goal would be 75lbs. I've done a month long trek and a few 10k's, but believe it or not, I'm STILL out of shape! So besides losing weight, getting fit would be another big goal for me. A few years ago, I've lost 60lbs but gained it back over time because I just stopped watching what I ate, but I'm here to lose it for good this time. Here's to new beginnings and a happy, healthy life!
