Best workout Routine for Jedi's

I am training to become a Jedi, anyone else have any interest or advise? My fitness level 2 years ago was really good. I haven't worked out in 7 months and just started back up a week ago. I'm training at a local fitness joint that does personal and group classes. I want to incorporate my own training outside of the class, which I'm taking 2 classes per week that concentrates on cardio/resistance exercises meant for weight loss and fitness. The physical affects the mental, and vise-versa. I believe in a healthy mind-body relationship. Looking for others with like-interests.

If you really want to be a Jedi look into Aikido. The philosophy revolves around harnessing the force of the attacker.
  • I thought about it, makes sense however I would like stick getting in shape before learning the art of weaponized combat.

Jedi training does not involve classes at gyms..... it involves the force. You might want to check into that.....

I've checked into that, but somehow I don't know how to use my force-sensitivity. I need help
  • You must travel to the Dagobah system. There you should seek Yoda.

Dagobah is a little far, I was thinking a little closer somewhere in the pacific northwest.
  • Do or do Not there is no try..........and sorry young Jedi Yoda is passed on :)

I'm a bioengineer, I can help you out with that low midi-chlorian count. I'll have to inject you with engineered viruses containing DNA to splice into your own to encourage midi-chlorian attraction. You probably won't die. Also you need to eat ketones. I can't explain why you need the ketones, you just do.
As for exercise, you absolutely must seek Yoda. If this is unavailable, seek a yoda backpack, and fill it with rocks.

My parents wouldn't let me be a Jedi. I was sheltered as a child...

I haven't taken a midichlorian count test in a while, especially with no health insurance previously. I'm sure its high, its one of those retroactive things that kinda flair up here and there like herpes/coldsores or dandruff.
