Healthy Baking! Recipes?

Anyone have any yummy "real food" baking recipes? I mean no soda+cake mix... but actual recipes from scratch that are fairly healthy... low sugar, ect. Thanks :)

    I love baking too, and get frustrated with "healthy" recipes that are full of chemical crap.
    You might want to check out Chocolate Covered Katie. She has some yummy things, although she often makes tiny recipes because she is single.

    how about crust-less pumpkin pie you can google the recipe super easy, tasty an calorie friendly 126cal a slice and I replace the sugar with splenda

    Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to try a carrot cake recipe I found on the web this weekend. I will report how it worked out :)
