8 month cut success 50 lbs lost and a lot gained

Hey Guys I have been cutting for about 8 months and now and feel like its time for me to start my own success thread. In the past I've attempted to cut but always failed.. MFP gave me the consistency I needed to maintain that deficit long enough to hit my goal. I went from 215 down to 167 in about 8 months time. Anyone have a BF% estimate for me? Should I keep cutting or bulk or maintain?
I plan on reverse dieting to maintenance and then starting a long slow muscle building bulk at about 300 cals over maintenance every day... That will give me about 6 months of nice slow lean bulk and then I can cut for summer again next year.

    You've got room for a lot of gains. Go 500 surplus or just dirty bulk and train like a BEAST in the gym. Great job on the cut!

    thanks man.. I will be doin a nice slow bulk probably 200-300 above maintenance. Want to avoid fat gain as much as possible
