Stairs!! Are mine.
I work out at least 4 times a week doing Spin class, a boot camp and 2 work outs with a trainer ( mostly weights/boot camp style work outs). But I tell you whenever I climb stairs it feels like I have never worked out a day in my life!!
Anybody else have an exercise achilles and what have you done to overcome it?

Sustained cardio is mine. I can run a 10k all day long, but I have trouble getting my pace up and keeping it up. I've started Insanity to try and correct this. If stairs are you problem, try adding some stair runs to your routine. They're great exercise, and walking up them will never seem like a challenge again after that.

Hills. I'm not bad running on the flat but hills kill me!

Press-ups. No problem with planks, no problem with burpees (other than the bloody stupid name) but I can't do a press-up to save my life.

Oh - jump rope as well. If a session calls for that I just do jumping jacks instead as the jump rope movement gives me shin splints for some reason.

Mountain climbers on the floor and burpies.

When I was doing Insanity I hated the burpies that were in every video.

I just don't do them! LOL
