Can I have a cheat meal once a week on a cut

Would having a small pizza and a coke once a week totally ruin my cut if I eat healthy at a deficit all the other days of the week and lift 3x a week? Or should I just not even bother having a cheat meal at all?

If you still have a weekly deficit it's fine.

Having a small pizza and a Coke isn't cheating. Plan ahead - fit it into your calorie count.

I'm pretty sure you could have that and still be in deficit for the day, let alone the week.

Mate I have been following Myfitness since September 2012 and have now lost just over 60lb. I wanted to be able to eat decent food plus have some treats from time to time.

I just log my calories as closely as I can and if I have a few beers it does not bother me. There will always be days when you go over the daily amount by little it does not make a difference in my view.

Its a lifestyle choice for me and that includes treats in my diet as well

Good for you. Others have chosen their way of lifestyle differently and mine includes weekly cheat meals.
