    I watched my husband snack at 11:30 last night while I sat next to him refusing temptation. I had already reached my calories and finished dinner at 7.

    I have two. I've been doing the Zumba game on the Wii when I can't go the gym. When I started, I could do about 3 or 4 dances, but I had to stop in between each one for about 2 minutes. Last night, I did 7 in a row and only stopped once for about 30 seconds.

    Today, I'm wearing a pair of pants that used to be too tight on my thighs to wear. I practically skipped out of my house today.
