I was watching a programme this morning and there was a nutritionist on there saying fresh chicken is full of sugar? She wasn't talking about the processed stuff but the whole chicken or breast.
She crazy or what?
Thoughts?

I know almost all of the bagged chicken breats/thighs/etc have sugar, salt and other things added to them before they are bagged. i always buy the fresh not frozen chicken breasts/thighs/etc because they didnt list any thing being added to them so thought they were better for you.0

?? Why is frozen chicken gross? We used to get fresh chickens from a farm and throw them in the freezer because we obviously couldn't eat them all at once. They were far from gross.
Unless you're talking about the pre-packaged frozen processed stuff? Even so it's fine in a pinch on salads and in pasta.0
