This is my first day. I didn't do too bad....only went over by about 80 calories. I didn't start the exercise today, hoping to start tomorrow. This is going to be a long journey but it will so be worth it in the end.

WHEN I STARTED THIS JOURNEY IN JAN I WEIGHED JUS OVER 255! CURRENTLY I HAVE BEEN ON A LONG PLATAOU, I STAY RITE BETWEEN 227 - 230! I AM VERY CLOSE 2 GIVING UP; STARTING 2 BELIEVE NO MATTER HOW MUCH I EXCERSISE OR WATCH WHAT I EAT. I AM DESTINED 2 REMAIN FAT!!! I HOPE THIS SITE WORKS BETTER 4 ME....
  • I just started as of tonight! But I have been going to the gym since Friday. They opened a gym that is open 24/7 two doors down from where I work, (talk about God putting the ball into my court as close as he could get it). I'm wanting to lose about a 100 pounds (seriously). I weighed myself Friday and I was 255.5 lbs. I had no idea. The last time I had weighed was at weight watchers in January, before I stopped going and I was 237, talk about back tracking. I realized that it's not about the dieting, it's about changing everything. My friend Harriette sent me here and I hope this will be the place for me to lose the next 100 lbs. Good luck to you all, but, really it isn't luck, it's determination, and hard, hard, work.

    Hi Pamela!
Wow, don't forget you have lost over 25 pounds! wtg! I understand that when your body plateaus, you need to change something, do a different kind of activity perhaps. Please do not give up. Carry something around that weighs 25 pounds for a few minutes and see how impressive that is to have lost and go forward with optimism, I know you can do it!
  • Hello,

My name is Angela. I have successfully lost around 65 pounds since my last daughter. I am trying really hard and have hit a plateau. So i am really hoping this will help me get and reach my goal of 20 more pounds off. One of my biggest problems is that I am going to school online and have to do my homework way into the night hours where I get hungry and can not munch on too much or I will gain weight. Good luck to all!!
