    25 :D just did a search for "twenties" because I find the posts of 50 year olds with 150 lbs to loose hard to relate to. I'm Glad somebody rallied a similar age group together.

    As for me, I've got 10 lbs to loose and just started the south beach diet (something I'm familiar with) to get over a rampant sugar obsession (icecream!).

    Just hit 27 in may !! Three babies to tend to 4,3,2 and revamping my lifestyle with food ! Having a hard time focusing on two things NEED MOTIVATION to keep my lifestyle Chang ( diet workouts) and family equal :) please add me and give me all the advice you want ...I'm a sponge at the moment ( trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible ) my goal is to lose 2 lbs a week, to reach a goal of 100 lbs lost in total !! 5'7
