    Saw this yesterday. It's embarrassing. I plan on having my girls watch this, and explain to them why I get so concerned when they act entitled. Then we might go get donuts.

    It's sad that some people take their rants out on people's cultural and ethnic backgrounds. And that will usually relate to how she was either brought up and/or who she hangs out with. According to the paper, her fiancee has a felony record too.

    I think other than being entitled, rude, obnoxious, and full of herself, she's probably got some other issues. If you get that worked up over not getting a receipt for your order, something is wrong.

    What a rude, ignorant, racist piece of work. Her attempt to trash Dunkin' Donuts is clearly backfiring based on the comments I read. Wow. And she said she was pretty sure they mess with her food, but no worries, she'll give it to her boyfriend. What a sweetheart. :noway:

    Wow, what a stupid bxtch.Who is she anyway, who is she to talk to someone like that??? It scares me how messed up people can he!!! I'd definitely spit in her food. I hope she gets in trouble for harrassing them.

    I'm shocked that people like this exist out there. Being in service, if ANYONE treated me this way, I'd refuse service, tell them to leave and call the police if necessary (though I wish I could knock her teeth in without getting fired.) Entitlement is ruining human kind.

    Honestly the first F-bomb would have made me say "Our conversation here is over till you can convey your complaint in a respectful manner."
    Had to do that one time with a customer as a manager at Toys R Us (especially with all the kids around). He continued to try talk cussing the whole time, then was confronted by security and escorted out.
    While we can be civil to consumers, we don't have to be berated nor abused.
