I started yesterday and call me crazy but I like this program. You actually see the calories and are so aware of what you have eaten and what you have left. I feel satisfied and watch what i am choosing to eat. Now for dinner tonight I will have to be careful because I only have 500 hundred something left after breakfast and lunch. Good Luck to everyone.0
