My city parks and recreation department is going to begin offering Buti classes next month. I am strongly considering joining although I have little to no experience with yoga, tribal dance, or plyometrics. I've watched several Buti videos on youtube and it looks fun, challenging, and sexy. What more could you ask for from an exercise class?
Does anyone here have any experience with Buti?

    Just googled it, it seems to be a vigorous cross between yoga and dance for ladies.

    I'm pretty sure I'm going to do it. It looks very different from all of the normal exercise routines, and I love different! Not to mention if I come out looking like one of those beautiful Buti girls, that would be amazing! Not likely, but hey, it's something to work towards.
