hi, all my friends are raving about coconut water and how magical and amazing it is! i'm wondering if anyone can tell me the health benefits and why its so amazing lol!:wink::wink:

    I don't know how many benefits you'll experience, but i love Zico coconut water! and most people I know say it tastes like dirty water lol. I guess to each their own.

    As you'd expect, it's as magical as any other food. Not very.

    It's a good source of potassium and it's low calorie. Other than that, remember that the same people oohing and aahing about coconut water were probably doing the same about Acai two years ago and will move on to something else in a couple of years.

    I tried it, BORK it was so gross!!! think ill stick to lemon and lime water tastes sooooooo much better!!:laugh:

    It's not magic, but I use it in place of sports drinks before/after long runs. The potassium helps significantly, it's easier to down than several bananas, and it's portable.

    I haaaaaaaaaaaate the taste though.
