ok I'm confused, I've been eating 1200 calories for a week now (I normally ate well over 2000 a day) and I have gained 3 lbs,,WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

Did you also start working out? or did you increase your sodium intake? If you did either of these it is most likely water weight.0

It could be lots of things. But without knowing what's in your food diary it is hard to say. How much water have you been drinking? Is it close to your TOTM? Our weight really does fluctuate through out the day. Stick with it! Drink LOTS of water, make healthy food choices and you will see progress. It just isn't as fast as we like. I also recommend you take measurements. You will likely see results there before you see it on the scale.0
