I have discovered (with the help of a good friend who made me a workout mix) the music of VNV Nation. Great music. Inspirational/deep lyrics, long songs, and a good fast beat.0

I have the Songza app on my iPhone. The majority of the time, I find myself throwing on the Zumba station. Once in a while I'll throw on some 80's cardio workout music.0

Right now my fave song to run to is "Funeral" by Statik Selektah, Styles P and Bun B. Perfect beat, it matches my steps effortlessly

jog.fm is a really great site. You can plug in how fast your pace is, and they'll give you a list of songs that are on tempo with your pace.
I personally really like Pandora's Dance Cardio station (if you have access from the gym)
I also love anything by Girl Talk and some Wiz Khalifa. The tempo of Girl Talk keeps me going, and Wiz gives me a kind of eff-yeah! feeling/motivation.
Girl Talk for the win. Perfect music to run to0 -
Mostly Pandora Radio.....and I imagine myself killing a cougar with my bare hands.0

Graham Coxon: Love Travels At Illegal Speeds or any of The Strokes' first three LPs.0

I used to listen to Fighter by Christina Aguilera because I found one of her old CD's on the sidewalk once. That song is straight cardio gold yo.
People in El Paso don't really like old Cee-Ag I take it.0 -

This is also one of my "power" songs, for cardio or anything. I'm always ready to kick butt!0 -
Anything upbeat but mostly motivational speeches on youtube. Love Arnolds speech "who you do you wanna be" and Eric thomas "whats YOUR why".0

Anything with a good beat really... I found iTunes has a good section for runners (that works for all types of cardio activities) so you can look there to get idea's too. I think they also classified them by BPM as well so if you have a specific BPM you enjoy you could probably look up music that way too.0
