What exercise DVD do u use (if any). I just recent re-brought.. The 10 minute Solution..Fat Blaster. It's the best DVD ever. It's setup in (5) 10 minute work your *kitten* off sessions. Love it!!

Anyone else have good exercise videos?

Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown - LOVE it!! I also have Biggest Loser - Last Chance work out and Weight loss yoga. Both are good but don't use them as much. I have one of the walk dvd's too - they arent too bad if you don't have another option.

The 10 minute solution Kickbox Bootcamp is by far my favorite workout DVD. It's so fun and the fat burning section is a killer workout.
  • P90X is a killer, but it works...I did it every other day and I could see results...I only did what I could and that was more than I was doing. Thumbs up to P90X

I currently have a Leslie Sansome 5mile advanced walk, it gets me sweating! I'm looking into the 30 day shred (bidding on ebay currently). It's not a dvd, but I play 'Just Dance' for the Wii and have a blast with that :)

I do a hybrid routine composed of Slim in 6, Slim Series, and P90X, but if I had to narrow it down to one favorite, it would be Slim Series.

Doing Turbo Fire right now but Slim in 6 is my all time favorite however it is quickly getting replaced by Turbo Fire. Love HIIT workouts.

LOVE the Ali McGraw Yoga - she's not the star or the narrator, just a participant. Excellent breath and music in a desert environment.

We have P90X, Insanity, Rockin' Body, Power 90, and Hip Hop Abs. I recommend Power 90 over Jillian's 30 day Shred.

I'm also a big fan of JM 30 day shred, it really does work! I also enjoy yoga, and really like Shiva Rea DVD's.

Many people report a 100-200 calorie burn with Jillian's 30 day shred DVD. I can get a 800-980 calorie burn from Insanity. Depends...how easy do you want it? How bad do you want it?
