If you look at the pages on their website for each video, the description includes calorie estimates for most of them.0

Which workout's are you doing as they can vary.
I tend to do kettlebell beginners. I'm 164cm / 63.1kg (138lbs - I think).
For a 30-40 minute workout it can vary between 200 - 400 calories. I think if you are heavier though the calorie burn will be more. I did it last night and it said I only burnt 190 where I usually average 295 so not quite sure why that was, could be that I am getting used to it and need to progress.
I would lean toward logging a lower figure though because you don't want to overeat the exercise cals you have burnt off
There is this site which might help - http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

A lot of the workouts on fitness blender I put down as Calisthenics vigorous workout. It comes pretty close to what they recommend for the calorie burn. The weight session I use weight training to figure calories. It seems to be accurate for me. I don't use a HR monitor but I do use a fit bit that tracks my steps and how many calories I burn throughout the day.0

I was wondering the same thing....thanks for posting!
I love Fitness Blender0 -
Today was my first day of the Fitness Blender Round 1 program. According to my HRM (just bought it from costco for $45 Smart Health™ LifeTrak Activity Monitor) I have burned 584 calories doing the warm up, Physical Fitness test and cool down. Considering that I am not that heavy (I am around 163 lbs.) it is an awesome burn!
Looking forward to tomorrow's work out.0 -
I love fitness blender! I dare you to try the 1,000 calorie workout. It actually says on the side how many you might burn (usually the window is pretty lenient based on weight, how much effort you're exerting, etc). I burn about 800 during their 1,000 cal workouts.0
