    Another huge thing for my success is meal preparation. Having meals ready to grab in the morning has made a huge improvement in sticking too a healthy lifestyle. I spend a night or two a week making meals for the next 5-6 days and it saves me so much time.

    Serious props on a job well done! I am very impressed with the lack of any loose skin thanks to the slower loss.

    I just started the 4 Hour Diet last week.
    Had some hiccups the first week- the whey protein (vs. whey protein isolate), that 'mixed vegetables' were NOT the mix found in the stores, that pumpkin may/may not be on the diet, etc.- but believe that I am on my way.

    So glad to hear that it worked for you!
