Follow MFP goals or IIFYM goals?

I'm a 25 year old female. 5'7" 145lbs, and I get a workout in every day... IIFYM shows I should be eating way more than MFP....your thoughts?

Not really sure what you mean.. IIFYM means "If It Fits Your Macros." It's used in regards to which foods you eat (ie. you can eat ice cream or oatmeal as long as it fits your carb macros). As for calories.. use the Mifflin-St. Jeor formula and multiply it by your activity factor.0
