                    Hi!
So, im currently chilling out on the couch on a Friday night, and have already eaten 7 pieces of chocolate and two biscuits with melted chocolate on them, but am so tempted to eat four more pieces sitting beside me at the moment!! this four pieces will push me over my limit by a little over 50 cals which I know is not much, I never usually eat my exercise cals but today ive gone right into them, and may still push it over if I eat this delicious chocolate!!! . Dunno if I should do it or not
 hmmmmmm decisions, decisions.

What type of chocolate? I'd say eat it regardless0 - 
            Chocolate is great for mental health. It's okay to go a little over on your cals because (assuming you use this site in a similar way as the majority) you should still have a deficit programmed into your calorie goal.
As long as you aren't splurging like this all the time, eat the chocolate!0 -

            I wouldn't worry about 50 calories. Of course if you reduce your deficit every day you won't lose weight as quickly or at all.0

If it will make you feel bad, then don't do it.
Chocolate is supposed to make you feel good. Personally, I don't ever let my food choices make me feel bad anymore. But it takes a little effort to adopt this kind of mentality.0 -

            Im going to come over there and eat that chocolate and then there will be no more dilemma. Problem solved.0
