A young woman was attending a gallery for a new artist and was staring at a particular painting for quite some time. The painting was of three men, dark black in color, waiting near a bus stop. The odd part, was that their *ahem* "Parts" were white. The Artist, curious what she thought of the piece, approached her
"Quite the interesting piece, isn't it." the artist asks.
The woman nods in agreement, "Indeed it is."
"What is it that you draws your eyes the most?" asks the artist, trying to find out why she is so interested in this particular painting.
"Well, their white bits of course. What I'm trying to understand, is the deeper meaning behind your work. Is this a suggestion that we, as humans, are all black and white? That we are all just one race?" She asks.
The artist chuckles, "No ma'am. These are all coal miners. They just went home for lunch.0 -
