    I've used them for nearly a year now, and I've found them really useful for work - no need to weigh out stuff, they are handy to put in your bag, and a lot of the snacks have a five days or longer 'best before' on them, so they are quite flexible. They work out quite good value for money as well, rather than if you had to buy all the individual items to make some of the snacks (and if you can find them in the shops!). There is a lot of variety as well, and you can adjust the snacks so that you get more of some items and less of others and remove things that you don't want to try at all - this way you end up with a good variety over the weeks of different items.
