45g or 145g !? Protien difference between MFP and TDEE

I would like some feedback on what program to follow?

MFP recommendations are based on US government recommendations made in the 80's with poor science. Most TDEE sites use research from the last couple of decades that favors higher protein intake.0

I do 1 g to 1.5 g of protein per 1 pound of body weight!. {1.5 g if you are VERY active an workout daily} That's what works for ME everybody is different though0
