Dieting causes anxiety??!

hi everyone!
so I am down to MY LAST 10lbs! YAY YAY! however. I've been stuck at good ole 130 for 2 months now?!
I notice that when I stick consistently (no binging ext...) to my nutrition plan after about a week or two I get really anxious. Like anxious all the time! And its the type of anxiety I would possibly correlate to not eating enough. So Ive tried upping my calories....eating a week of enough to maintain my current weight....and nothing works.
If I eat more I don't lose weight! If I eat the amount I set originally i'm anxious! What do I do? anyone been in this situation?
my NET calories are 1500-1600. I eat well rounded diet of whole grains, lean proteins, milk, yogurt veggies and fruits....and I train 6 days a week for IRONMAN competitions. I eat WAY MORE than 1500 calories but my net is always around1500.
I am 5'5'' 25 years old female.

Personally, I'd put the scale away and focus more on body composition...not some stupid number. Start lifting weights and otherwise doing some resistance work in conjunction with a moderate amount of cardio...eat at a very small deficit from you Maintenance TDEE....in time, you will achieve what you are looking for. It does take time though...usually with 10 Lbs or so to go people are already at a healthy BF% and it's more of a cosmetic thing...when you're at a healthy BF% it goes really slow and you really just need to focus on getting your proper nutrition and getting your fitness on in a balanced fashion.0

yes. its all swimming intervals, running (tempo runs, HIIT, intervals, easy runs), biking intervals and long easy rides....I get 1 day off every 2 weeks for my training.0
