Carb Cycle Anyone?

Has anyone had success with carb cycling? I'm starting with a personal trainer soon and figured I'd jumpstart my diet as well. I know there's a lot of information out there, but I'm feeling overwhelmed with where to even begin. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Hi,

    For the last month, I have been off carbs (all breads, pastas, noodles and rice) 6 days a week. One day a week, I'll let myself eat whatever I like (within reason!). So far, I've dropped about 10 pounds. Not too bad since this is the only thing I've changed. I normally work out 5-6x a week so it's great to see the scale move again, as well as getting more toned up.

    Give it a shot. Just don't go overboard on your cheat day!
