I have eaten too much chinese food and my stomach hurts
I exercise every day but did not today....and i have eaten too much
Does this mean I have put all the lbs i have lost back on? Or gained a few pounds? I sure feel like it and i feel terrible...

i don't think so. It could just be bloating. I think, if i'm not mistaken, that in order to gain 1 lb back you need to eat 3500 over your maintenance calories. Mine is 2000-something so in order for me to even gain 1 lb i would have to eat close to 6000 calories.
Unless you ate A LOT I doubt you gained any weight back.0 -

Yes, it does. I am so sorry to hear that one meal has ruined all of your progress and caused you to gain back 12 lbs in the space of less than an hour. You have my deepest sympathies, OP. :flowerforyou:0 -

All this means is that you were a sweet and sour porky today.
Tomorrow is another day to try again. You are what you do on a day to day basis, not what you do occasionally. If that were true then dieting for one day would make you skinny.0 -

I do not recommend going for a run too soon after consuming too much Chinese food.

Chinese food is delicious and I love it, but I don't love the water retention afterwards. I usually gain about 3-4lbs of water weight due to sodium. It doesn't stop me from eating it though. You didn't ruin your progress from one meal so chill.
Also, dropping a deuce will help you feel better.0 -
yes i love chinese food went for a run last night, so feeling a little better
back on the wagon again today
