I am so sleepy during my work day that I have to find a resolution. Coffee? Diet Coke? I have cut out sodas, but the lack of caffeine is kicking my butt and there's a Diet Coke sitting in the work fridge right now...

Long term: exercise, more sleep at night, eating clean.
Short term: drink a cup of coffee and then take a 20 minute nap (no longer).
Also apples will give you an energy boost.
The diet soda or sugar will put you on a roller coaster up quickly and too high and then an abrupt crash down.0 -
Caffeine has been shown to aid in fat loss:

So the obvious question: How many hours of sleep do you get? When do you wake up / sleep?0

I like to go bed at 9 and get up at 5:20, but that doesn't happen very often. I think it was 10:30 last night and I got up at 5:20. I woke up once to go to the restroom (I think it was midnight).0
