Hello, my name is Brittany. I'm hoping that this time I can stick to eating healthy and working out regularly. I had a good 4 or 5 year run where I was excercising daily but at about this time last year I "fell off the wagon" and in the past 12 months I've tried several times to get back on but I'm really hoping this time will be the right time.
I'm hoping that this website will help, I had no idea this website was here until I found it via Google this mornng. I do think this website will help; not only does it make it easy to keep track of what I've eaten and how much I've exercised, but there is also a community of support, it seems amazing.

Hello everybody! My name is Theresa and I'm trying to get back into shape after having 3 children in a 5 year period. I've tried about 6 months ago working out religously for about 1 1/2 months but fell off the wagon. I really didn't lose any weight last time because eventhough I worked out religiously, I didn't eat very well. So now I am starting to eat well and exercise. I have watched what I eat everyday by having a food journal and counting all the calories I intake.
I know I need encouragement from people and if anyone could help me by encouraging me daily, I would appreciate it greatly.0 -

Good luck to you both! I suggest reading through as many of these posts on the message board as you have time for. You will learn so much, and gain some insight to the process.
A lot of folks are gone for the holidays, or just not able to visit us regularly. You'll see a big bump in posts after next week.
