peanut butter aerobics

Don't you think that the arm aerobics needed to stir Trader Joe's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter should count as exercise?

I'm not gonna lie, I have wondered the same thing before as I spent 10 minutes stirring my almond butter.

yes! it took me a good 10 minutes to stir the darned thing and i had to switch arms a few times so one of them wouldn't get more toned than the other LOL

When I used to eat those natural nut butters where the oil separates to the top, I used to throw out the oil on top. Not just for not wanting to stir it but more for being proud of throwing away most of the calories that were in that oil. I don't buy them anymore, just regular skippy that hubby likes. But I miss that crumbly texture with saltiness that I used to enjoy on toast. Craving it now. May buy some on my next trip to the market.
