Just made this yummi pumpkin protein cake.
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1Tbsp vanilla extract
• 4 egg whites
• 1 28oz can pure pumpkin ( no sugar added)
• 2 cup oat flour (ground quick oats)
• 6 tbsp ground flax
• 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Silk Vanilla
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds

It came out reallly good and for 15 good size pieces:
128 cal 14g carbs 8g protein 5g fat
