    Very inspiring, I also have similar stats and hope to lok as good when I reach my 50lb wieght loss goal, which by the way is my first goal. I hope to lose at least 75-100 by Feb of next year. Keep up the good work....:smile:

    This is awesome! I joined a while back but never did anything. I am now ready. Could I ask how long it has taken you to lose this?

    I started January first. I made up my mind at the beginning of December but I knew too well that I would never stick with it during the Christmas time so I waited until the first and did tons of research and planning during that month.
