Seeking Friends In Maintenance

Looking for more people who are in maintenance as I am.
I eat anywhere from 2000-3000 calories a day, depending on my activity level, and am seeking more friends in the same sort of position.
I am not a clean eater, more of balanced eater who likes to overdo the cake sometimes, haha.
So add me if you are here just to maintain and keep an eye on your macros.

I'm always walking the line of maintenance in either direction. We are in a happy place0

I've been there as well for quite a while. Request sent.0

I'm mostly in maintance but I keep my calories at 1550 and add back most if my exercise calories. My goal is always to be under a weekly total so I have some low days and often higher on the weekends. Feel free to add me if you want.0

Thanks for the adds, guys
Good to have people with the same goals.0 -
Bump.
Off to bed now, but happy if anyone else in maintenance and netting 1500 and above would like to add me0 -

Me too - been there since Christmas and am mostly sensible but am currently trying to ditch the booze. That's my goal now0

I've been maintaining since January, calories vary between 600 & 5,200 per day!
Would be good to get to know fellow maintainers and learn from other people's strategies.0 -
You can add me. I eat between 1200 and 3000 calories a day, estimate by exercise calories with a nike fuel band. My latest focus has been on adding more exercise, in particular yoga and barre 3. Due to eating out almost every working day, it is fair to say my calories in could be off by as much as 25%...I compensate for this by eating meals based on the Dukan Cruise Phase when eating out.0

pick me, pick me!! i've been alternating maintaining and losing bodyfat for a while now!0

Oooh, more replies, thanks guys, adding now.
Always open to more people in maintenance, by maintenance, I mean eating a decent amount, not 1500 calories with exercise, lol.0 -

You can add me if you would like But I'm not in maintenance.... YET! But only 3 lbs from my goal weight so soon I will be Today marks my 200th day in a row of logging and I will continue to log even when maintaining cause I know how to keep on track now.
My calorie goal is still at a slight deficit, but I'm netting around 1700- 1800. I usually eat back my exercise calories I like food :P0 -
Starting to tiptoe around/consider maintenance...take in about 2000-2200/day on average now but would like to learn from others who are already there!0

I am there too! Have been this year, and I think it is harder than losing by far. So easy for those goodies to creep in!! I am in for any adds too, as long as it is people who post and comment regularly because I do!! :-)0

I have been in maintenance for about a month and a half. I enjoy the occasional treat, but watch my macros. I try to eat about 1700 - 2200. Still trying to find the right balance. Feel free to add me.0

Thanks, I should specify, seeking friends in maintenance who are netting over 1200, lol, preferably 1500+. Adding those of you doing that.0

I'm below my initial goal so set a new/final goal and have 3 more # to lose so will be transitioning into maintenance since I'm going to be training for some Fall races anyway & increasing calories burned. My current intake for weight loss is 1500/day though and I'm actually unsure of what to do next...
Also, I don't do clean eating either but am still a healthy eater I do give myself some cheats so I don't binge from cravings.0 -
Would love some more maintenance friends also0

I am on maintenance and am +/- 2 lbs. I find this much harder than losing. I used to say NO to everything and now one glass of wine turns into 3 and then a binge. i am finding this very hard. I exercise and log food and weight but... it is hard.0

Adding you, lamb. It can be difficult. To be honest, I do not even weigh anymore, it was counterproductive to me, and I now focus on just eating the best I can, working out the best I can, working my muscles, and go on measurements and the mirror.0
