Healthy, OPTIMISTIC, athletic people!

I've reached a healthy weight of 119 @ 5'7 and want to get super fit. Go in running races, possibly triathlons, maybe taekwondo comps, you get it. I want to improve strength, flexibility, speed and endurance.
I want new healthy motivated frineds more like myself!
