I had gastricbypass surgery one year ago. I had my one year follow-up and I have lost 207 lbs.. What a graet feeling. I no longer take any BP, Cholesterol or Diabetes meds. I walk 2.5 miles a day and lift weights three days a week. I look forward to going to work next year. I need both knees replaced then I will get better mobility. The daily walks really wipe me out. But, it is a price I pay. Damn I feel great. 60 more lbs to go.
