Believe it or not I know Chelsea Settles in real life, we went to school together! Her journey really inspired me.0

This will sound cliche, but my son. I want to be around for all the fantastic stuff that kid is going to do.0

My dad is the reason I want to get fit. He's a 73 year old retired military man. He never quits and is still in great shape, always on the move keeping active, he's pretty awesome!0

On a day-to-day basis, it's my sister-in-law. She's a naturally slender person who would normally choose a piece of fruit over a piece of cake. I used to think this was totally mad on her part. I now, after just three months of healthy eating, understand her choice. She also exercises because she loves it. She is a healthy person and so is my brother, her husband. They have raised three healthy, athletic kids (young adults now).
She has a look of disdain that kept the kids in line and I like to imagine using it on the cheese drawer and other things that beckon me from the kitchen late at night. I am in the living room. The cheddar sings its sirens' song from kitchen. I imagine I am Mary Ellen, giving it "the look" and it slinking off to sit, voluntarily, in "time out" while it ponders the proper behavior for cheese.0 -
I'm my inspiration. I am the only reason & the only person who I want to be like.0

Not a specific person. It started with a distraction from breaking up with my boyfriend, and has now become something I recognize as making me feel great about myself.0
