I'm confused about what to do next

I have been dieting for a few months now and recently tried maintaining but I started to binge, I took this picture this morning after I binged last night and apparently I gained 3 pounds but I know i never, I'm not sure if I should now still cut or maintain and I also have slacked all week on the workouts so does anyone have any tips for me because I just feel fat and I'm not sure what to do

    It's very unlikely that you gained 3 pounds of fat that quickly. If you just binged last night, that 3 pounds is probably food that's still in your system, not to mention any water you may be retaining from sodium intake or other factors. Just drink lots of water and try to stay on track with your diet an exercise goals. Give it a few days and the weight will probably come back off.
